Welcome to The City Pickwick Club

The City Pickwick Club was established in 1909 to celebrate the immortal memory of Charles Dickens and foster a community of literary enthusiasts.


Our members gather to read and converse in good company in the historic George & Vulture Tavern , as well as enjoy a traditional serving of smoked salmon, Pickwick Pie, Jingles fruit salad Treat and Dingley Dell Stilton.
